Attorney David's law partner Jeff tells David's non-wife Anne, as she plies him with alcohol, "When I was a young fellow I attended a temperance lecture... there was a drunk in the audience... "
Anne: "This isn't alcohol Jeff. It's medicine." Jeff, naive to alcohol, becomes intoxicated, displaying ataxia. (0:58)

Anne tells Jeff, referring to David, "He'll get delirious again." (1:13)
